Our Health and Safety Policy

At Al Habari, we are always trying to strive for excellence in all the fields. So we have given utmost importance to the standard of health and safety.
It is an integral part of fulfilling our dream and achieving our goal.

We are constantly working on developing and improving our safety management system. It is a continuous process.

Health & Safety
The development of a health and safety policy is not only the responsibility of the employer but also the commitment and endorsement of the workers.

Our health policy has a detail statement on how safety will be managed and organisation's commitment towards it. Secondly, it has a section with details of the responsibilities allocated and how employees fit into the overall safety management system. Details of how specific activities and functions are managed will also be found here.

We also stress on safety manuals and follow safe systems of work. Risk assessments, safety in case of fire, first aid, accident reporting, electrical safety, work equipment hazard, accidents from toxic substances, manual mishandling and other workplace issues are some of the areas of concern.

The objectives of the policies are to link it to the level of risk involved at the workplace.  All the employees are given detailed information about the health and safety rules. Sometimes we also post copies on notice boards or in appropriate places.
A fair number of people are hired to monitor these policies. This is done by spot checks or safety inspections using prepared checklists. Effective monitoring is achieved through audits and by reviewing management reports and accident investigations.  

We have clear and legible policies. We have specialized people from the industries to carry out these safety policies. They are there for constant policing and safeguarding our workers, planners, engineers. They are our pillars and we provide them our strength.
